I am a Dallas-based legal and risk professional working at the intersection of law, technology, and business operations.
My experience spans legal escalations and investigations, intellectual-property risk, commercial contracts, contract lifecycle management, privacy, process improvement, and responsible AI product development. I am at my best when the facts are complicated, the stakes are real, and the organization needs a solution people can trust and use.
I hold an LL.M. from Tulane University Law School and an LL.B. from Afe Babalola University. I am admitted to practice law in Nigeria and have completed CopyrightX through Harvard Law School, alongside training in Lean Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, Agile, SQL, and anti-corruption compliance.
