I am an attorney admitted in Nigeria and a hands-on builder of AI tools and applications, based in Dallas, Texas.
My professional background spans intellectual property risk, contract automation, technology contracting, and commercial and compliance work in financial services. That experience shapes how I build: with attention to the agreements, controls, and practical decisions that keep a business running.
I hold an LL.M. from Tulane University Law School and an LL.B. from Afe Babalola University. I am admitted to practice law in Nigeria and have completed CopyrightX through Harvard Law School, alongside training in Lean Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, Agile, SQL, and anti-corruption compliance.
